We strategically placed four loudspeakers around the room, ensuring clear audio at a comfortable volume for all attendees. Our team managed every aspect of the sound system, from delivery and setup to operation and takedown, allowing the event organisers to focus on other critical elements.
Lectern and Microphone Hire for Effective Presentations
We supplied our portable lectern with dual gooseneck microphones, serving as a central point for speeches and presentations and resulting in clear sound regardless of how the speakers moved around and faced the room whilst talking. Additionally, we provided a suite of wireless microphones, including handheld and lavalier/headset options with bodypack transmitters. This setup enabled presenters to move freely and engage with the audience. Extra wired microphones facilitated “voice of God” announcements, and music playback during the evening meal added a touch of sophistication.
Audio Support for Multimedia Presentations
Our sound system also supported audio playback for videos displayed on three large screens. Musical stabs played during applause and photo sessions created an engaging atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.
Comprehensive Video Production for Event Highlights
Recording and Interviewing Award Winners
Innobella Media handled the full video production of the event. We conducted interviews with all the award winners, capturing their insights and excitement. Additionally, we recorded the entire ceremony, ensuring that every moment was documented.

The footage captured will be edited into a 3-5 minute highlight video, showcasing the event and serving as a promotional tool for next year’s ceremony.
