Innobella Media is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We expect our suppliers to uphold the same high standards. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles that we expect all our suppliers to adhere to as a condition of doing business with Innobella Media.

Labour Practices

  • Fair Labour Practices: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding labour practices, including minimum wage, overtime pay, working hours, and holidays.
  • Forced Labour and Human Trafficking: Suppliers must not engage in any form of forced labour or human trafficking. This includes child labour, slavery, or servitude.
  • Non-discrimination: Suppliers must provide a workplace free from discrimination based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Safe Working Conditions: Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This includes implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries, providing proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and offering training on safety procedures.
  • Freedom of Association: Suppliers must respect the right of their employees to join or form trade unions and to bargain collectively.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Environmental Laws and Regulations: Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
  • Pollution Prevention: Suppliers should strive to minimise pollution and waste generation in their operations.
  • Sustainable Practices: Suppliers are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices throughout their supply chain, such as using recycled materials and reducing energy consumption.

Business Ethics

  • Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or extortion.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Suppliers must avoid any conflicts of interest in their dealings with Innobella Media.
  • Confidentiality: Suppliers must keep confidential all information disclosed to them by Innobella Media.

Compliance and Monitoring

  • Compliance: Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their practices comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Monitoring: Innobella Media reserves the right to monitor its suppliers’ compliance with this Code. We may conduct audits or inspections of supplier premises and request documentation to verify compliance.
  • Non-Compliance: In the event of a supplier’s non-compliance with this Code, Innobella Media may take corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.
